Here’s what you’ll get inside the workbook:

Without organization, your styled shoot can turn into a disaster. Use these worksheets to plan your shoot, track your budget, stay on schedule, and reflect on your shoot’s success once it’s over.
Styled Shoot Details and Ideas Worksheets
Keep all your shoot design ideas and details in one place with these worksheets. You can keep track of the details of your photoshoot, vendors in attendance, the venue, contact information, and more.
Mood Board Template
Visualizing the details and look of your styled shoot beforehand can help you achieve a branded look to use as you promote your business. Not sure how to create a mood board? This template will show you how and covers tips for using Pinterest to inspire your vision.
Vendor Roles Cheat Sheet
Outside vendors play a significant role in your shoot design. The vendor roles cheat sheet will outline who does what during the shoot. It covers issues like photo usage and damages, keeping you safe and legally covered should an accident happen.
Email Scripts and Templates
Not sure how to ask a vendor or venue to work with you during your styled shoot? These email scripts will help you save time and help you communicate with confidence as you plan and schedule your photo shoot.

I was planning my first wedding styled shoot and didn’t really know where to start. The Styled Shoot Workbook was the help I needed. The workbook walks you through step-by-step which makes it so easy to create a styled shoot. The workbook includes a timeline so you know about how long it takes to do a wedding shoot. A checklist which made sure I didn’t forget anything and areas to brainstorm your styled shoots vision. The section on how to create a mood board was very helpful. I’d never created one before because I didn’t need one when I was styling my parties. With wedding styled shoots you have several vendors involved and they can’t see the vision in your mind so you need to create a mood board.Because of this workbook my first styled shoot went really well, I got to work with some great vendors and have a great time during the shoot.
If you’re just starting out in the wedding business and need to get some styled shoots under your belt, I highly recommend Engaged Wedding Planner Academy’s The Styled Shoot Workbook.
Thank you so much Tiffany! I can’t wait to see how the pictures turned out!

The styled shoot workbook has everything that I need to organize my shoot. I actually need to plan for a « wedding product » shoot, I guess that I will have to adapt the content just a little bit. Great value for a reasonable price! I haven’t manage to save the Canva moodboard template on my iPad, additional instructions would be great. Thank you Valerie, I will probably shop for more.
Thank you Mwenda! Yes, some adjustment might be needed for a wedding product verses a styled shoot. Please send me an email with any confusion you might have with the mood boards. There is a video attached but please let me know if something is not clear. Again, thank you for taking the time to write this review!

I purchased this for guidance on my first styled shoot. Not only did the veteran vendors that I work with compliment me on the emails (drafts from this workbook) that I sent about working with them and the emails after the shoot was completed. But, this styled shoot got featured in an wedding magazine blog! You will NOT regret this purchase!
I love hearing this! Thank you!
I wasn’t sure if I needed it but I was so happy to have this! All of the products here are amazing, simple and easy to use!
Wonderful! Thank you!
I had no idea where to start with planning a styled shoot. Afterwards I felt as though I now am able to plan a well organized and thorough shoot in which all my vendors will be pleased. Invest in this product it is WELL WORTH WHILE.
